Omuraisu

Morcovi, ciuperci, varza, orez in alt rand...
Separat se face omleta si fie punem in farfurie intai umplutura, in forma rotunda, adaugand peste ea omleta, fie punem intai omleta

Wow-what exactly is this dish made of?
Is that an omelet?Translation please.
Why don't you start another blog in English-that way we won't have to keep bothering you for translations.

I've just seen your comment on Omuraisu... It's omu from "omelet" and raisu from "rice". This is basically fried rice (most often with tiny chicken pieces, chopped onion and peas) seasoned with salt, pepper and ketchup and wrapped in a thin sweet omelet. And I think you're right, I should start another blog in English! Anyway, thank you for visiting me!
