GRILLED COCONUT FISH

Am folosit patru bucati de macrou, patru linguri ulei de masline, doi catei de usturoi zdrobiti, un ardei iute tocat, o ceapa rosie mare taiata rondele, zeama de la o jumatate de lamaie, o lingurita de curcuma, 250 ml lapte de cocos.
Am uscat si sarat victimele, le-am uns bine cu ulei.
Am pregatit ingredientele pentru sos.
Curcuma - sau East spice, cum s-ar spune la Anvers! - este esentiala in toata treaba asta...
In timp ce pestele sfaraie pe gratar,
calim ceapa,
adaugam usturoiul,
curcuma, zeama de lamaie si laptele de cocos, pe care le fierbem inabusit zece minute.
Apoi punem ardeiul iute si bucatile de peste, pe care le lasam doua minute pe o parte
si inca doua pe cealalta.
Rezultatul este delectabil!

Maaaaaaaaaaaaaama,mi-a venit apa in gura...Vreau si eeeeeu!Hai si la mine sa faci,ca la mine timpul pt gatit bunatati este cam limitat.

Cel mai bine se distingeau curcuma si laptele de cocos... apoi iuteala ardeiului. Ceapa si usturoiul - mai in surdina, dar la locul lor! Una peste alta, un combinaj fericit!

Crede-ma ca mi-ar face o reala placere sa te vizitez si sa gatim impreuna... sau chiar si asa, sa "lucrez" doar eu, dar nu cred ca te-ai putea abtine! Te pup si eu.
